The key directors and staff have directly managed the UK & European tourist board offices for Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands and Dominica.
Resort Marketing International previously represented the Salybia Nature Resort & Spa. The company negotiated free premium class seats on BWIA and brought 30 UK tour operators to Trinidad for the first time. This resulted in a total hotel inventory agreement for selected periods throughout the year with one operator and in excess of 20 new tour operators featuring Trinidad or the first time. Resort Marketing International are highly proud of this achievement.

Colin Pegler was previously Managing Director of Hotel On Line, Internet Hotel Reservations System for a period of 5 years. Colin was approached and was appointed by several Governments and tourist boards to set up bookable web sites for the destination. These were highly successful and generated significant volume of on line sales; at the very start of the on line revolution. The destinations included:

Resort Marketing International Director, Paula Whitehead has served on the board of the CTO (UK Chapter) for in excess of 12 years. Paula is a present Director of the (UK Chapter) and has previously has previously held the position of Chairman.
Resort Marketing International has long held deep contacts with the key airlines, British Airways / Virgin Atlantic / Monarch, plus the charter operators. Paula was instrumental in persuading British Airways to launch flights to the Turks & Caicos Islands. Colin lobbied British Airways for the new route to Cancun, as outlined above.
