All Pickleball Getaway bookings are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited spaces available. The advertised itinerary is based on current flight schedules departing London Gatwick on 12 October 2026 and returning from Antigua on 19 October 2026; however, flight times may be subject to change by the airline.
The quoted price of £2,250 per person for 7 nights is based on current rates and includes the stated travel dates. This is a full all-inclusive package, incorporating accommodation, meals, drinks, and scheduled pickleball training sessions as part of the experience. Prices are subject to change at the time of booking due to factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to) fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, and supplier pricing.
Bookings can only be made between 5th May and 12th May and are not confirmed until a deposit (as advised) has been received. Full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks prior to departure, with the remaining balance due at that time. Failure to pay the balance by the stated deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.
