                                                                                                               Observing the Seascapes



                                                                                                       From your lounger, direct your eyes to the sky. Watch and
                                                                                                       observe the changing shapes of the clouds.


                                                                                                       Breathing in, notice the aroma of the sea. Exhale as you lower
                                                                                                       your gaze to survey the horizon. Listen to the texture and
                                                                                                       shapes of the sounds present, the soothing rhythm of the
                                                                                                       waves. Observe the silences between sounds.


                                                                                                       The mind, like the ocean, drifts and plays. Watch the tides as
                                                                                                       they withdraw and return over and over again, and consider
                                                                                                       the ebb and flow of your own life. Think ‘let’ as you breathe in
                                                                                                       and ‘go’ as you exhale.
