At Elite Island Resorts we believe in adding touches to enhance your holiday,
including simple wellbeing options that are easy to dip in and out of during
your stay with us. Our Caribbean Colour Me Calm Book is the latest
addition to an ever-growing “inside out” menu of activities included in your
stay to be enjoyed on the beach and back at home.
We’ve teamed up with professional illustrator Adam Stower and therapist
Dr.Nicole Gehl, to create your very own mindful Colouring and Sketch
book. We hope it’ll add a little artistic Zen to your Caribbean memories and
bring to life the incredible views from the pools and beaches at Elite Island
Resorts locations.
In the book you’ll find beautiful sketches by Adam ready to be filled with
your own bespoke colour as the feeling takes you, easy mindfulness tips and
inspirational quote picks from Dr.Nicole Gehl to explore on the sun lounger
and to continue in your daily life after you leave us. There are also plenty of
beautifully blank pages for your own sketching or as a spontaneous space for
your thoughts and journaling while on holiday.
